Exchange and refund

In the event that for any reason you need to make a return or exchange of goods purchased in our store, please read the general rules.
Return or exchange of goods for a similar is possible in accordance with Article No. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and only with the obligatory observance of the following conditions:
the product is marred or mechanically defective through the fault of the manufacturer;
from the date of purchase, no more than 14 days have elapsed;
the product is absolutely new and in perfect condition, that is, previously was not in use; preserved full-color presentation and consumer qualities of the goods;
the installation and connection of equipment were not carried out, no adjustments were made;
the goods are in the same condition as at the time of purchase and transfer to the user (in good technical condition, without any mechanical damage and defects);
there are no signs of outside interference, that is, the terms of warranty service are not violated; appropriate seals, labels and a neatly opened box are available;
there is a warranty card, a sales receipt or an invoice confirming payment for the goods.
