Epson EB-2140W combines high brightness with portability and a rich set of features. This model is specially created for work in office rooms, large meeting rooms, classrooms of educational institutions, waiting areas and other rooms where higher brightness or a larger screen size is required than standard office projectors can offer. The projector is ideal for presentations in front of an audience of 100 people. Epson EB-2140W is convenient to install both on a permanent and on a temporary basis due to its compact size and a wide range of additional functions that increase the convenience and speed of installation, as well as a wide range of connection options, including wired and wireless networks.

The original Epson 3LCD projection technology ensures reproduction of a bright image with excellent colors even when the projector is operating at maximum brightness. The maximum brightness of the EB-2140W, as well as its color brightness, is 4200 lumens. This is especially important in lit rooms and when using large screens - the projector allows you to get a high-quality image without requiring switching to a more accurate, but less bright projection mode. WXGA resolution (1280x800) provides high-quality video display in HD format with an aspect ratio of 16: 9, but at the same time this format has additional vertical space, which is more convenient for presentations and displaying documents (aspect ratio 16:10). The 15,000: 1 contrast ratio gives high image quality (volume sensation, black level) and excellent readability of text in a darkened room.

A powerful processor using DCDi Cinema technology is responsible for high-quality deinterlacing, eliminating digital noise and clarity of objects on the screen, making the video smoother and more natural. Especially for medical institutions, the projector has a DICOM simulation mode that makes it possible to view specific medical documents, such as X-rays, in the best quality, with the best detail of shades of gray and shadows.

Easy configuration and connection
The projector has a basic set of interfaces required for connection. Among them - 2 HDMI (there is support for MHL), VGA input and a connector capable of performing the role of both the second VGA input and VGA output. It supports the display of two sources at once in the Split Screen mode.

In addition to the stationary installation option, Epson EB-2140W can be successfully used as a mobile projector. In particular, it automatically corrects the shape of the trapezoid vertically and horizontally, allowing you to instantly adjust the shape of the image when projecting from a non-optimal position relative to the screen.

Thanks to the support of the MHL standard, you can broadcast video, photos and play from any mobile device that supports this standard to the Epson EB-2140W projector screen. Connecting via an MHL cable gives you additional options — for example, charging your mobile device while connecting to a projector. In addition, you can control the broadcast content using the projector’s remote control.

In addition to a variety of standard connections, the projector can read photos and PDF files from USB drives, and can be connected to an Epson ELPDC06 document camera via a USB cable.
