CEntrance has developed a portable DAC as a true 32-bit device, providing bit-for-bit sound quality at all supported sampling frequencies for all supported operating systems.

The art of digital-to-analog conversion largely depends on the quality of clock generators. Often the cause of distortion in the audio becomes the capacitors of the amplifier. The DACportable is built on a Class A amplifier without the need for a condenser, while retaining HD quality sound throughout the audio path.

The CEntrance DACportable amplifier circuit works with low levels of distortion on a very clean power supply with an amplitude of 18V (± 9V, bipolar power). A higher voltage gives a lower level of distortion and sufficient power for most of the available headphones on the market.
